About OYSHC
The Corporation is an agency of the Oyo State Government established and enacted by the House of Assembly of Oyo State as Oyo State Housing Corporation (OYSHC) Law 2001.
Our Vision
It is the vision of the Corporation to be among the leading Housing agencies in Nigeria to ensure that the expectation of her numerous clients is adequately met and sustained.
Our Mission
To provide site and services, undertake provision and development of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Estates to members of the public.
Our Objectives
- ✓ Undertake the development of Estates in various parts of the state and provide sites and services for residential, commercial and industrial purposes.
- ✓ To construct and maintain modern dwelling houses at reasonable costs for sale to members of the public.
- ✓ To allocate plots of land on its Estate to members of the public.
- ✓ To undertake the construction of offices, commercial and industrial buildings for letting to members of the public.
- ✓ To grant mortgage loans to members of the public for development of residential buildings of their choice.
Organizational Structure
The Corporation’s structure is designed to promote accountability, efficient service delivery, and smooth coordination across departments. It consists of The Board, General Manager, and six (6) Directorates.
